| Cattigara One Ltd., a Singapore-based company, has received authorization to invest US$102 million to build the Bai Chuoi-Lang Co Resort in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue. |
Scheduled to be completed in 2014, the resort would host 170 villas, including one especially reserved for meetings among top governmental officials and foreign leaders. Lim Kam Lo, the general director of Cattigara One Ltd., said the company hopes to design and construct the Hue resort to be on par with the lavish Cattigara Resort located in Bali, Indonesia. |
