| Some favorite tourism destinations will have fine weather on the Reunification Day and International Labor Day holidays (April 30-May 1) but others will have rain, the national weather forecaster said. |
In the mountainous district of Sa Pa in northern Lao Cai Province, the temperature will range from 16-24 degrees Celsius with no rain predicted, director o the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, Bui Minh Tang, said. In Do Son tourism area in northern Hai Phong City, the weather will be fine and sunny. A low of 20 degrees Celsius and the high of 28 is forecast. In the coastal city of Nha Trang in central Khanh Hoa Province and the mountainous city of Da Lat in the central highlands, it will be sunny in the morning with afternoon and evening rain. Other popular coastal localities such as Mui Ne resort area in Binh Thuan Province, Vung Tau Town and Phu Quoc Island are forecast for rain and rough seas. Other localities Tang has predicted generally cool and rainy weather nationwide from today to May 4. In northern and northern central provinces, from April 30 to May 2, temperatures will rang from 20-31 degrees Celsius with light rain, Tang said. The temperature will drop three degrees Celsius from May 3-4 in these provinces, with more rain.
